The participants were faculty members of 13 Engineering schools from Luzon.

This Paper was delivered on the occasion of the first Research Dissemination Forum with the theme "Towards World‑Class Engineering", held at the Intellect Seminar Room, DLSU, March 27, 1993.

"Semiconductor fabrication". This seminar was conducted on October 4, 1991 at the Audio Visual Room, Casal Campus, Technological Institute of the Philippines. The attendees were faculty members and students of TIP.
"Energy distributions in magnetron cathodic sputtering". This paper was submitted and was accepted for delivery and publication at the International Symposium on IC design, manufacture and applications, held 11‑13 september 1991, at the Hyatt regency Singapore. This international conference was organized by the SEEE and NTU. The author was unable to deliver the paper personally.
"Development of Process Models and Application of numerical and Monte Carlo Simulation methods in the study of thickness distributions of films deposited by Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) Techniques".This paper was accepted for delivery and publication at the Microelectronics Conference 1991 held from 24‑26 june 1991 in Melbourne, Australia. The author was not able to personally deliver the paper.
